The everyday mundane objects, often domestic, that we are surrounded by feature strongly in my work. To isolate them, or sometimes place them in an unexpected context, or through use of adjusted colour, can make us view them differently, often heightening their seemingly accepted non importance, or giving a different awareness of the ordinary.
